No. Our capabilities are industry-agnostic — we work across professional services, financial operations, and beyond. Real estate is our first focused vertical and has a dedicated Innovation Program, but our method travels to any operation with friction to remove.
What does an engagement cost?
Engagements are fixed-scope and milestone-based, typically running 8–12 weeks. Pricing depends on the scope defined during diagnosis. We'll give you a clear, phased investment in the proposal — no open-ended billing.
How do you start?
Every engagement begins with a diagnosis: stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and a friction audit. You receive a written workflow assessment with prioritized opportunities before any build work is scoped.
Is the Real Estate workflow assessment really free?
Yes — for participants in the Real Estate Innovation Program. In exchange for a few hours of your team's time and honest insight into your workflows, you receive a professional assessment, influence over what we build, and early access to the tools that result.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. We document everything and train your team so you fully own and control the system long after the engagement ends. We build to hand off, not to lock you in.
